Michele Rocco Boyle
PA-C Aesthetics Injector
Michele Rocco Boyle, PA-C is a NCCPA certified Physician Assistant and is licensed to practice medicine by both the Medical and Osteopathic Boards. Michele brings over 24 years of medical and procedural medicine to LaserDerm Skin Care Center.
Born and raised in East Falls, Philadelphia, Michele began her training at Thomas Jefferson University in Physician Assistant studies in 1995. She has spent the majority of her career in Emergency Medicine, Orthopedics, Regenerative Medicine and Aesthetics.

Michele is trained in neurotoxin and dermal filler injectables, Instalift Face Lift procedure, Facelift, Breast Lift, Hair Restoration, and is certified through Bellus/Crown Pharmaceuticals in Microneedling and PRP procedures.

Michele believes in educating her patients and working with them to achieve their unique aesthetic goals.
Jodi Weldele
DNP, FNP-C Aesthetics Injector
Jodi Weldele DNP, FNP-C, is an AANP certified Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience.
Jodi was born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania and started her career in nursing with an Associates Degree from Reading Area Community College. She earned a Bachelors Degree from Chamberlain University and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner education from Alvernia University, spending the majority of her career in Labor and Deliver and Emergency Medicine, now adding aesthetic injections to her portfolio.
Jodi is trained in neurotoxin and dermal filler injectables, and is becoming certified through Bellus/Crown Pharmaceuticals in Microneedling and PRP procedures.
Jodi loves to provide her patients with education to help them reach their aesthetic goals with realistic regimens that are sustainable.

Kaytee is a passionate licensed medical esthetician dedicated to helping you achieve your skincare goals and enhance your natural beauty. With 7 years of experience in the beauty industry, she specializes in a variety of services including chemical peels, microneedling, as well as laser treatments, tattoo removal, hair removal, vascular, pigment and Co2 just to name a few, and personalized skin care consultations. Her approach combines advanced techniques with a deep understanding of individual skin types and concerns, ensuring that every treatment is tailored specifically for you. She believes that skin care is not just about looking good; it’s about feeling good.

Amani, a graduate of Jean Madeline Aveda Institute in 2016, has pursued her passion for the beauty industry with dedication and expertise. As a certified aesthetician, she specializes in laser treatments, lash lifts and tints, tattoo removal, and medical-grade skincare treatments.
Originally from Lebanon, Amani brings warmth and care to every patient interaction. She loves building connections with her patients, helping them feel beautiful inside and out. Outside of work, Amani enjoys crafting her own body butter line and sharing her love of cooking with friends and family.
Jen Mackin
Director of Business Development
Anita is a skin care specialist who cherishes and takes great joy working in the beauty industry. She is passionate about guiding people on their journey of self fulfillment and assisting them to be and feel their best. While raising her two boys she completed degrees in health coaching and aesthetics.
Her beliefs in the power of nature and natural ingredients, whether its is about food or cosmetics, stem back to her European roots.
Jen brings over a decade of professional expertise to the LaserDerm team, a family business she’s proud to be a part of. Working alongside her father, the owner, Jen values the unique opportunity to collaborate with him and contribute to the continued success of the business.
As the Director of Business Development, Jen plays a key role in supporting daily operations and driving forward innovative business initiatives. She’s dedicated to enhancing the client experience and identifying opportunities for growth.
