Dr. Gary Herring, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Gary Herring is a Delaware County native who grew up less than a mile from LaserDerm Skin Care Center. A 1983 graduate of Marple Newtown High School, he earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine in 1995 and is board certified in Family Medicine, with much of his career focused on Emergency Medicine and surgery.
Early in his career, Dr. Herring served as an Emergency Room Director on the Navajo Reservation as a National Health Scholar. He later worked alongside a neurosurgeon with a focus on spine surgery and founded the first bariatric clinic in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Dr. Herring is the founder of A-Z Medical Center in Elverson, PA and currently serves as Medical Director for several medical spas and weight loss programs. He is passionate about helping patients feel their best through skincare, nutrition, and wellness. Outside of medicine, he enjoys skiing, flying, hiking, reading, and spending time with his two grown children and his Australian Shepherd, Bogie.
Michele Rocco Boyle
PA-C Aesthetics Injector
Michele Rocco Boyle, PA-C is a NCCPA certified Physician Assistant and is licensed to practice medicine by both the Medical and Osteopathic Boards. Michele brings over 24 years of medical and procedural medicine to LaserDerm Skin Care Center.
Born and raised in East Falls, Philadelphia, Michele began her training at Thomas Jefferson University in Physician Assistant studies in 1995. She has spent the majority of her career in Emergency Medicine, Orthopedics, Regenerative Medicine and Aesthetics.
Michele is trained in neurotoxin and dermal filler injectables, Instalift Face Lift procedure, Facelift, Breast Lift, Hair Restoration, and is certified through Bellus/Crown Pharmaceuticals in Microneedling and PRP procedures.
Michele believes in educating her patients and working with them to achieve their unique aesthetic goals.
Vicki Katin
Registered Nurse Aesthetics Injector
Vicki Katin, RN is a highly trained aesthetic nurse injector at Laser Derm SkinCenter, where she specializes in enhancing natural beauty and helping clients feel more confident. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017 as a second degree and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a cosmetology license.
Vicki's diverse experience includes working at prestigious institutions like Christiana Hospital and Lankenau Medical Center, primarily in emergency medicine and surgical step down, where she developed a keen eye for patient care and precision. She now brings her extensive medical knowledge and artistic touch to the world of aesthetics, focusing on natural, rejuvenating results with advanced injectables, laser treatments, and dermal filler treatments.
Her goal is to help clients look and feel their best, empowering them with the confidence that comes from enhancing their unique beauty. Outside of her professional life, Vicki enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and playing with her puppy.

Manager, Licensed Aesthetician
Kaytee is a passionate licensed medical esthetician dedicated to helping you achieve your skincare goals and enhance your natural beauty. With 7 years of experience in the beauty industry, she specializes in a variety of services including chemical peels, microneedling, as well as laser treatments, tattoo removal, hair removal, vascular, pigment and Co2 just to name a few, and personalized skin care consultations. Her approach combines advanced techniques with a deep understanding of individual skin types and concerns, ensuring that every treatment is tailored specifically for you. She believes that skin care is not just about looking good; it’s about feeling good.

While raising her two boys she completed degrees in health coaching and aesthetics.
Her beliefs in the power of nature and natural ingredients, whether its is about food or cosmetics, stem back to her European roots.

As the Director of Business Development, Jen plays a key role in supporting daily operations and driving forward innovative business initiatives. She’s dedicated to enhancing the client experience and identifying opportunities for growth.

Jessica Boyle is a college graduate with an BS in Fashion Merchandising and Management from Thomas Jefferson University. She has a passion for beauty, fashion, and skincare and has had 5+ years of experience working in retail and marketing.
